i need to break out of this
i feel so constricted... i hate this feeling, yet i conform to it because its safe
now i realize that my whole life, I've been playing it safe..
cos i've always had you to depend on

& even though it's good to always have someone to fall back on,
i need to be able to stand up alone

& i'm going to
one step at a time.
